Broussard's fire and police department are hoping to make each child feel special during this quarantine.
On Monday a birthday parade made it's way through town, making special stops in front of homes with children celebrating a birthday.
"Joined efforts with the police department. And we have been doing these birthday drive-bys which have been extremely successful it gets the whole neighborhood involved but we've been doing them for the last 4 or 5 days. Very positive thing for the city," said Fire Chief Bryan Champagne.
