I-10 East exit ramp to I-49 North in Lafayette now open, no congestion

UPDATE: As of 3:55 p.m., the exit ramp from I-10 East to I-49 North (Exit 103B) is now open. There is no congestion.

UPDATE: As of 3:20 pm the exit ramp from I-10 East to I-49 North (Exit 103B) remains blocked for vehicle recovery operations. Congestion remains minimal. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.

UPDATE: As of 12:20 pm on Friday, the exit ramp is still blocked in the area.

According to DOTD, The exit ramp from I-10 East to I-49 North (Exit 103B) is blocked due to an overturned tractor trailer.

Police are currently on scene.

Congestion has reached approximately two miles.

Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
