LAFAYETTE, La. - Invest Acadiana announced on Wednesday OZ Pitch Fest 2020-a "Shark Tank" style pitch competition focused on funding projects within Acadiana Opportunity Zones (OZ). This pitch competition will connect local OZ projects with local and national investors.
An interest meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 8:00-9:00 a.m., at Jefferson Street Pub, 500 Jefferson St. in Lafayette. Potential pitchers/project managers and investors are invited to attend to learn more about the pitch fest, application process, and requirements. Investors, developers, community partners, and OZ project pitchers will come together at OZ Pitch Fest 2020 on Wednesday, April 22-the opening night of Festival International de Louisiane.
