Lafayette Police have booked another person in connection with last week's shooting in Downtown Lafayette.
Aaron Gutierrez, 21, was booked with three counts negligenty injury, one count illegal use of weapons and one count attempted second-degree murder, records show.
He's being held in LPCC in lieu of $250,000 bond.
Gutierrez was booked after he was released from a local hospital, because he was wounded in the shooting.
Last week, police booked another man but he was released after investigators reviewed surveillance video of the incident. That man also was wounded but was released from the hospital.
