Ochsner Lafayette General is providing drive through flu shots.
On Saturday, October 3, Ochsner Lafayette General will host the drive-thru flu shots. Vaccines will be administered to patients 18 and older.
Masks must be worn and patients should remain in their vehicles. Members of the community are asked to bring a valid ID and insurance card, if applicable. Ochsner of Lafayette say there are no out-of-pocket costs for those who receive the flu vaccine.

If a drive thru flu shot does not work for your schedule, patients are asked to visit any Ochsner Lafayette General Urgent Care Center or call your primary care provider to schedule an appointment.
"The flu can have a serious impact on the health of our communities, and this year with COVID-19, it's more important than ever for everyone to get a flu shot to protect you and your loved ones," a release states.
