Northside High School has announced the cancellation of their Friday night football game.
Louisiana High School Athletics Association (LHSAA) Executive Director has confirmed that the reason for the cancellation is COVID-19 related, but involves the school Northside was set to play, Peabody Magnet High School in Alexandria.
Tickets for Friday's game will be rolled over to the next home game with the same seats, the school added. Anyone wishing for a refund should bring their tickets back to the front office and the school will mail a check for the amount purchased.
