At noon on Thursday, H&M will be opening in the Acadiana Mall.
This is the fifth location to be opened in Louisiana. The new store is taking the place of the vacant Banana Republic which left that location in January.
The first 100 shoppers will be given an "Access to Fashion Pass" valued between 10 and 500 dollars.
KATC's Katie Easter was outside the store with customers who were lined up before the opening.
