LAFAYETTE PARISH, La. — Mayor-President Josh Guillory has declared a state of emergency for all of Lafayette Parish.
According to Deputy Chief of Staff Jamie Angelle, the state of emergency is due to the on-going heat and drought conditions we have been experiencing.
