LAFAYETTE, La. - A man accused of attempted murder and armed robbery was arrested Monday on a warrant.
On June 27, agents with the Western District of Louisiana's United States Marshals' Violent Offender Task Force was able to take Kevin Auguillard into custody in reference to a shooting incident that occurred at a local convenience store located in the 800 block of N. University Ave. on July 10, 2020, according to Sgt. Wayne Griffin, spokesperson for the Lafayette Police Department.
Auguillard was then transported and booked into the Lafayette Parish Jail for warrants for attempted first degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and armed Robbery.
The investigation is ongoing.
