The Lafayette Parish School System is working to develop and finalize plans for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year.
LPSS is seeking feedback from parents on these plans, and are asking families to participate in a short survey.
The deadline to respond is July 7.
"The purpose of this survey is to get a better understanding of the needs of our students, families, staff, and community before plans are finalized," the survey reads. "School-based plans will be fluid and routinely adjusted to reflect updated national, state, and local guidance."
The survey asks parents which resources they utilized while their children were out of school (Grab and Go meals, printed learning packets, etc.), asks them to rank their preferred school model, and more.
