DUSON, La. — The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office is working a fatal shooting at 100 block of North Marigny Circle in Duson on Tuesday.
LPSO states that one individual is deceased as a result of the shooting.
According to Capt. John Mowell with LPSO, deputies received a call at around 5:40 p.m. of a shooting at the 100 block of North Marigny. Deputies responded to the scene and were able to confirm that one individual was deceased.
The shooting took place at a residence at on Marigny.
Detectives are on scene investigating.
