LCG has announced the municipalities of Broussard, Carencro, Duson, and Youngsville will be under a curfew beginning at 8:00 P.M. Sunday, October 11, 2020 and ending at 6:00 A.M. Monday, October 12, 2020. During those hours only essential and emergency personnel will be allowed to travel. All Parish residents not under curfew are asked to avoid travel to allow clean-up work to continue.
Officials say several electrical and debris removal crews remain active across the Parish, and it is critical they be allowed to continue recovery operations without the risk of putting residents or themselves in danger.
