Lafayette Consolidated Government is looking for anyone that received damage during Hurricane Laura.
City officials are asking home or business owners to fill out a Damage Assessment form to report any damage including wind or flooding caused by the storm.
LCG says that this information not only documents the impact of the storm on individuals, families and businesses, but also assists the parish in qualifying for future federal funding.
The form may be filled out online at www.lafayetteohsep.org or by calling 337-291-5075.
