DOTD reports that all lanes are open I-10 West at Louisiana Avenue. Congestion has reached 12 miles.

I-10 West remains closed at Louisiana Avenue following recovery operations on the roadway.
Congestion has reached 10 miles. Crews are still working to recover a vehicle that is on the side of the roadway. Some vehicles were able to pass the scene but that has been stopped.
Prior to the closure, the right lane of the roadway was blocked at Louisiana Avenue due to a crash, according to DOTD.
