The Sheriff's Office is working to recover a vehicle from a body of water in Lafayette Parish.
According to Captain John Mowell, search and rescue divers are on scene near the 700 block of Lajaunie Road.
A spokesperson on scene tells KATC that there is limited information at this time but according to a preliminary check on the vehicle, it was not stolen. There was no one found inside the vehicle.
More information will be released as LPSO continues to investigate.
