KATC would like to wish Ms. Jessie of Lafayette a very happy 102nd birthday!
Ms. Jessie, who lives at Lady of the Oaks, celebrated her birthday Friday with a party.
The staff tell us Ms. Jessie got to order out for lunch. She chose Don's Seafood, which she followed up with some birthday cake.
Ms. Jessie was also surprised by a dance put on by the staff.
"I'm thankful that they're putting on a show for me," Ms. Jessie said of the party. "It's really nice for a 102nd birthday, to be celebrating it like this."
