Lafayette Parish law enforcement officials are prepared for the arrival of Tropical Storm Barry on Saturday, July 13.
Early on Saturday, a briefing was conducted with the Lafayette Parish Search and Rescue Teams and deputies.
High water rescue vehicles, boats, and other units have been positioned at the ready in the parish in case search and rescue operations are necessary.
