LAFAYETTE, La. - Lafayette Consolidated Government's Department of Public Works Transit Division has announced today, due to the official holiday of Independence Day on Thursday, July 4, 2019, Lafayette Transit System (LTS) will not provide service; including Daytime, Night Owl and Paratransit.
Transit offices are also closed on July 4. Paratransit service approved riders will be able to schedule rides.
Regular scheduled transit services will resume on Friday, July 5, 2019.
