Children had the chance to explore the game of tennis today at St. Julien Park.
A Kids' Tennis Carnival was set up at the Sports Complex, for children ages 6 to 18.
Organizers say they tried to create a fun carnival-style setup with different stations and activities for kids to try out the game.
"I like to offer something free so people can give it a try, and if they like it, maybe they'll decide that tennis is a game they'd like to continue to participate. But at a public park, i think it's important to give back and offer free events throughout the year," said Tennis Director, Kyli Lassalle.
