The investigation into a shooting that left five people injured is still ongoing.
Lafayette police confirmed that they have identified several suspects involved in the incident.
Due to the ongoing investigation, police say they are not ready to release those identities.
Lafayette police were called to investigate the shooting in the 400 block of Jefferson Street early Sunday, June 14.
Four individuals were transported to a local hospital and are in stable condition.
Police say another individual refused further medical assistance and was not transported to the hospital.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
