Lafayette Police are investigating an Instagram post that shows a person driving past Sunday's protest with a gun in his lap.
A spokesman for the department said someone had filed a complaint about the video, and that police are investigating to determine if any laws have been broken.
The original poster appears to have deactivated their account. However, other users captured the post and have put it on their own Instagram accounts.
