I-10 West was closed earlier this afternoon following a crash at I-49.
I-10 West at Louisiana Avenue was closed as motorists were being detoured.
DOTD camera shows the scene near I-49 has been cleared and traffic is moving in that area.
The exit ramp was closed but has since reopened at I-10/I-49.
Congestion is approximately four miles in length.
There is still heavy congestion in the area.
