A Hazardous Waste Collection Day will take place on Saturday, November 21 in Carencro.
City officials say the collection day is part of Pelican Waste Services contract with the City of Carencro.
The event will be held from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm at the Carencro Community Center on N. University Avenue.
Things like old computers, painting materials, herbicides, and other items will be accepted at the event.
A full list of items accepted and not accepted can be picked up at Carencro City Hall or found below.
The collection day is open to residents of the City of Carencro.
Residents will need to bring a driver's License or a copy of their Water Bill to be verified at the site Saturday.
