BROUSSARD, La. - RISE Chiropractic will be hosting its first-ever Super Sleigh Showdown on Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 5-7 pm. This honk and wave parade will host Santa Claus as the guest of honor and will begin at the Broussard Commons entrance located on Albertson's Parkway in Broussard.
Participants are asked to post pictures of their decorated Christmas car to the RISE Chiropractic Santa's Super Sleigh Showdown event page on Facebook. One winner will be chosen to have a $500 donation made on their behalf to their favorite charity.
Santa will also collect letters to bring with him to the North Pole, so be sure to have your self-addressed letter ready to drop in the contactless drop box.
Brennon Kelly, owner of RISE Chiropractic, said he hopes the event brings a little Christmas spirit to those in attendance, especially during these difficult times.
"We're here to serve them regardless of the circumstances," Kelly added, "And we want to create a safe, friendly, fun event this year. It's good to have the spirit of Christmas regardless of what's happening in the world. Come together, be joyous, and celebrate."
