Opelousas General Health System and Moreau Physical Therapy celebrated the opening of WellSmart Health of Carencro on Saturday.
The event, "A Very Merry Carencro Christmas," included photos with Santa, a snow zone, a live balloon artist, and much more.
Complimentary kettle corn, cotton candy, Christmas sprinkle donuts, and coffee was available for participants.
Local businesses were on site with offers and discounts on their products and services as a way to welcome the new business.
Denna Lejeune, Community Relations Coordinator for WellSmart Health, said, "The community of Carencro has welcomed us with their hospitality, and we were so thrilled that everyone was able to come and join the festivities."
WellSmart Health of Carencro is located at 109 Wallace Broussard Road.
