A Lafayette grand jury handed up indictments in two separate felony cases Thursday.
Stanley Baham, 20, of Lafayette was indicted on two counts of third degree felony rape. The counts are for two different victims in September and November of 2018. A bond was issued for Baham for $60,000.
Julia K. Moore, 35, of Youngsville was indicted on one count of theft over the amount of $25,000 from Braniff Construction between July 2015 and July 2016.
