Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 10, at Philadelphia Church in Lafayette for Trayford Pellerin, who was shot and killed by Lafayette Police on August 21.
The Pellerin family will have a private viewing Thursday morning, with a public viewing beginning at 9:30 a.m. Funeral services are set to begin at 11 a.m.
Reverend Al Sharpton is confirmed to speak during the funeral.
Services will be live-streamed from the church website and Facebook page starting at 10:30 a.m.
The church is limited to 350-360 people during the service, but is currently open for anyone who wishes to donate to the family.
