The funeral for Comeaux High student Matthew Carter is happening Friday.
The services are set for January 31 at 11:00 at the Bayou Church on Kaliste Saloom Road. Burial will be at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Youngsville.
Visitation for Carter was held at David Funeral home on Wednesday and Thursday.
Matthew Carter was was shot during an attempted armed robbery on January 18, 2020. Matthew died days later on January 22, 2020.
