Downtown Alive has announced their lineup for the 2020 Spring season.

The free, Friday night concert series will feature local and regional performers from multiple genres.

This year's lineup includes national acts like Anders Osborne, Brother Dege, and Amythyst Kiah, alongside locals like High Performance, Ray Boudreaux, Horace Trahan, and Bas Clas.

The Director of Downtown Lafayette, Maureen Dugas Foster, believes the performances are a great way for people to experience the downtown area.

"It's a great event on Friday evenings in the spring and fall that brings our community together. It's free to attend, so why wouldn't you come? It's a wonderful outdoor concert. It brings you to downtown and we love to promote that you can have your full downtown experience when you come."

Downtown Alive kicks off on Friday, March 13 at 5:00 pm with music from High Performance and Kyle Huval & the Dixie Club Ramblers.
