The Middlebrook Foundation is accepting stories from families that may be financially struggling or impacted by a life-altering event.
The 2nd Annual Holiday Giveback will provide a dinner along with gifts for the families chosen.
To be chosen, explain your hardship in 200 words or less. All entries can be submitted to giveback@middlebrookfoundation.com by Dec 7, 2019.
If you know of a family in need you can submit an entry for them.
The Middlebrook Foundation hopes to keep Cpl. Michael Middlebrook's legacy alive by feeding the homeless and providing for those less fortunate.
