At David Thibodaux STEM Academy, 25 teams battled in a gumbo cook off for a great cause.
"As student leaders on campus, we believe that it's a great time of the year to just invest in these two communities and they both have a goal that we are so passionate about. One is about helping foster children who are aging out of their program and the other is for domestic violence and our family, our bulldog family really has a passion for that, said Cydni Lege, Senior Bulldog Ambassador.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Faith House and The Family Connection.
