LAFAYETTE, La. - A groundbreaking was held on Monday for a new JROTC building at Comeaux High School.
The new building will be 6,050 square and have a drill deck that's 6,375 square feet.
The facility will have up to four classrooms, an office area for the instructors and changing rooms for students.
Folding partitions between two classrooms will allow them to have an air rifle range indoors.
