Carencro Police have intercepted a shipment of marijuana to Lafayette Parish.
The shipment was about 34 pounds of high-grade marijuana, police say.
The marijuana was to be delivered to an address in the city limits of Carencro, police say.
The investigation is continuing and arrests are anticipated, police say.
