Carencro Police say they are investigating a robbery that occurred early Friday morning in the city.
Chief David Anderson says the robbery occurred on Sonnier Road at around 3:00 a.m. It is believed that three people entered that home and demanded belonging from the victims.
Anderson says the three suspects were able to get away with cash. One person, a man inside the home was injured during the robbery. It is unclear on the extent of the injuries.
Police are now working with the victims to gather more information. According to Anderson, they are hoping to retrieve video surveillance to make a clear determination on the suspects involved.
Chief Anderson could not elaborate on if the suspects were armed during the robbery. No other details were provided.
