The Carencro Police Department announced that the lobby to their offices would close to the public due to COVID-19.
The department shared a post on Monday, December 7, to their Facebook page.
Residents were asked to dial 911 if immediate assistance was needed or call 337-896-6132 to speak to someone in the office.
Those needing to pay a citation are instructed to mail in a money order or go online to quickpd.com/carencro.
To obtain an accident report, the department says to go to carencropd.com.
