Residents lined the streets of Broussard today to celebrate the Christmas season.
The city's Christmas Parade rolled this afternoon, with lots of floats throwing beads and candy.
"They're doing this great parade, the firemen, everybody's invited in the community and outside the community," said Tara Judice.
"It's amazing what the community does out here for the kids," said Ladonna Helaire
Although the Lafayette, Broussard and Catahoula parades rolled today, there are still some parades to come and many other Christmas events on tap in Acadiana.
