Bonin Road has been reopened to traffic.
Part of the well-traveled Youngsville road was closed last month for construction.
A statement from the city was issued this morning, saying the road has been opened.
"Thank you for your patience during this project and a special thanks to the Youngsville Police Department and and the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s office for helping with traffic control. Striping and clean up will take place this week but can occur with the road open. The contractor will start late mornings and get off the road early afternoon to accommodate heavy traffic hours," the statement reads.
