Blue Monday Allstars close out DTA fall season

LAFAYETTE, La. — The Downtown Alive Fall 2020 season finale will feature a virtual performance by the Blue Monday Allstars on Friday, Oct. 30 at 6 p.m.

According to a release from DTA, the Blue Monday Mission helps to provide life care services for the aging, retired and elder musicians and artists in the local community.

Blue Monday Mission is bringing together the Blue Monday Allstars to provide a night of music with a top-notch band featuring some of Acadiana's musical treasures.

This Friday's two-hour finale will be emceed by John Williams.

Viewers can watch the virtual performances by tuning in to the Downtown Alive! Facebook page.

DTA adds that after the end of this season, it will be announcing details on A Very Curley Christmas, featuring Curley Taylor and Zydeco Trouble live in Parc International on Dec. 4.
