In Lafayette, Big Brown Cares will serve 500 meals to children under 17.
On Saturday May 16, the organization will set up a drive-thru location at Heymann Park at 1500 S. Orange Street. The drive-thru will be open from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m.
Children receiving the meal must be in the vehicle. This distribution is for drive thru only.
