The Acadiana Center for the Arts is adapting its in-school program for online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The PACE Online program, which launched Monday, is targeted towards K-2 elementary learners.

Lessons in Science, Social Studies, Math or English Language Arts are available.

AcA says that videos for the program can be accessed through the center's YouTube channel. Three new classes are published each day and feature visual arts and movement-based activities.

The program is free to the public.

Contributions can be made to AcA via their website to keep the program free.

When schools are in-session AcA says that the PACE program assists in teaching the arts and other subjects through the arts to students.
