The water will be off in the town of Welsh tomorrow.
Town officials say they plan to shut off the water between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 21.
The outage may affect the entire town. As soon as the water comes back on, the town will be under a boil advisory until further notice.
