Two men are facing attempted second-degree murder charges in connection with a shooting.
It happened Sunday near Touchet Road.
According to a post on the Jennings Police Department's Facebook page, Brennan Hebert and Jaquon Pitre fired several shots at the victim's car while he was inside it.
Nobody was hurt in the shooting.
Investigators add that Welsh police stopped Hebert and Touchet on I-10 and found spent casings and a gun inside their car.
Hebert and Pitre remain in the Jeff Davis Parish Jail without bond.
