An employee of the Town of Welsh died in an accident, a post by the town indicates.
The employee was electrocuted while he was working in a bucket truck this afternoon, Mayor Carolyn Louviere said.
The man, who has not been identified pending notification of next of kin, was transported via ambulance to a hospital but did not survive, she said.
