The Jeff Davis Parish is asking for assistance from the public in identifying an armed robbery suspect.
Deputies responded to a complaint of an armed robbery on Tuesday, October 20 at the Peto's Truck Stop in Roanoke.
A man in a Toyota Corolla or similar type vehicle arrived around 11:38 pm and committed an armed robbery with a firearm.
If anyone recognizes the individual or has information about the crime, contact Jeff Davis Sheriff's detectives at (337) 821-2106.
