One person was arrested on Friday, November 6 in connection with the report of a missing 12-year-old.
New Iberia Police say that Brannon Broussard Jr. was arrested on Friday after officers began investigating the complaint of a missing child on Thursday, November 5.
Broussard was arrested and booked on charges of stalking, Aggravated Kidnapping of a Child, Pornography with a Juvenile and First-Degree Rape.
Police say the 12-year-old was found safe and returned home to family members.
