The New Iberia Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a suspect involved in a shooting on Roger Street over the weekend.
That shooting happened Sunday June 14, 2020 in the 1500 block of Rogers Street at about 4:30 p.m. Police found one man had been shot. The shooting happened outside a residence, police say.
An active warrant for the arrest of Antoine Jones also known as "Midget. He is wanted for Attempted Second Degree Murder
The victim was transported to an area hospital following the shooting. There was no update on the condition of the victim.
