A New Iberia resident marked a milestone today.
Ruby Halbert, a resident of Azalea Estates, celebrated her 102nd birthday.
Her special day was made more memorable as she celebrated with friends, family, and staff members at the assisted living facility.
Ms. Ruby's birthday wish is for happiness for all.
She said, "I want everybody in New Iberia, or the parish, or the whole world to be happy."
