Downtown New Iberia is officially decked for upcoming "Beneath the Balconies" performances.
The community event hosted annually by the Iberia Performing Arts League draws performers and observers from across Acadiana
The first balcony performance begins on Sunday, November 3 at 2:00 pm and will continue until 5:00 pm.
Theatrical performances on the balconies include "The Three Tenors", "Willy Wonka", "Legally Blonde," "crossroads Jam," "Seussical," "Sondheim," "The Wizard of Oz," and Sophia Brazzy Jazzy.
A grand finale will be given by The WWII Museum's Victory Belles.
Committee members say it's a spectacular evening that stops traffic every year.
