The New Iberia Police Department is searching for a suspect wanted in connection to a shooting at the intersection of Lee and School Street.
Police say they've obtained an arrest warrant for Donvontae LaMarcus Ozenne, also known as Dookie.
The warrants are on charges of attempted second degree murder, felon in possession of a firearm and illegal use of weapons.
Police say the incident happened on Friday, October 2 in New Iberia.
Anyone with information on Ozenne's whereabouts is asked to contact the New Iberia Police Department at 337-369-2306 or Iberia Crime Stoppers at 337-364-TIPS.
