In Jeanerette, a woman celebrated her birthday but with a twist.
Instead of receiving gifts, Lashonda Lumpkin gave away prizes to those who took part in her "quarantine party."
Lumpkin's party included gift giveaways including crawfish and crabs.
A parade featuring Jeanerette Police and Fire Department even passed by her home to help kick off the celebration.
She says she's trying to highlight the importance of following the stay-at-home order.
"Stay Safe. Please practice social distance. As you can see we all trying to stay distance from each other and just be safe because this quarantine is real. This coronavirus is something serious," Lumpkin said.
